📅 Appointments
Appointments can be booked online or by text — I’m usually with clients, so I’m unable to answer phone calls.
You’re welcome to send inspo photos before booking or before your appointment to make sure we schedule the right time for your design!
Please double-check your services when booking to ensure enough time is reserved.

💳 Cancellations & No-Shows
A 30% fee will be charged for no-shows or same-day cancellations.
Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance if needed.

If you’re 10+ minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to stay on track.

🧴 Soak-Off Policy
If you arrive with product on your nails and did not book a soak-off, your appointment will be rescheduled to allow proper service time.

Fill-ins are for maintenance only.
If 5 or more nails are missing, your appointment will be rescheduled as a full set to ensure enough time is provided.
